With over 1 decade of industry expertise, Anuruddha runs the current VCare Home Nursing’s, day to day business operations smoothly & flawlessly. Prior to manage his family business, he worked in the banking & finance sector as a personal banking officer with local and international organizations, however he determined to give up his corporate ladder at some stage and joined with his mum in order to optimise their business standards and care operations. Not only that he had a growing desire to make a real difference in the local elderly care/ disability care sector which his mum already involved since ages ago, that of course drove him to join his family business where he has ample opportunities to empower disabled population and bring them a hope to their worried lives.

Anuruddha has utilised his profound IT savvy to introduce a productive data system to client management & staff management which helped his business to smooth coordination and receives plethora of positive feedback from their valued clients since then.

Anuruddha also launching new business avenues currently to direct claims management with insurance companies and deploy a high-quality care support to their valued clients which helps to maximise their independence, quality of life, happiness or return to work plan.

Anuruddha heavily involved with many advocacy groups, charitable events, injured victims’ groups, and resources that will benefits VCare clients immensely. He supremely believes understanding VCare clients’ needs from the inside out is what truly makes VCare a unique service provider in Colombo city.
